I addressed with this issue to the support but they told me that only tank commander can reach this rank. Now I'm completely confused

Overlord: 1. Yup, there is certain inconsistency. We are planning to improve
things a bit with repair coats in the upcoming update.
8. Currently you need to reset one of your secondary skills and take it once again to reach the highest rank. Or wait for the new skills to come.
