Cause the biggest issue playing 12t, AMX 13 75 and AMX 13 90 is the MM. A good player may cope with it, but the regular players will just quit the light/medium line for good after constantly having to fight tier8+, because neither of them is a scout or even has the properties of a good scout in the first place.
