When you have a T30 in your garage without crew, you'll get a T110 without crew and a T30 TD with 4 new crewmen with 100% training and 2 empty seats.
When you have a T30 in your garage with complete crew, you'll get a T110 manned with 4 crewmen from the old T30 and you'll get a T30 TD with 2 of its old crewmen and 4 new crewmen with 100% training.
