Does it mean that when the enemy capping reaches 100% (with exclamation mark), damaging his tanks doesn't reset the capping (i.e. cap line still stays at 100%), therefore my team cannot win any more - but with each damaging shot I can still give my team more time to reach a draw? (Even for a very long time, up to battle timer reaching 0:00?)

Overlord: 1. No, I mean enemy tank that is not capping the base. Since if you
damage one of the invaders, the capping progress will be
reduced.
2. If "!" sign appeared, you can't change that outcome but you can destroy some more enemies.
