Overlord: Most important that the new matchmaker will be able to scan and
take into account all vehicles that are currently in waiting line
(not only the first X that are allowed participate in each
particular battle) to provide better matchmaking. Apart from that
it is going to be much more flexible and it will be possible to
take into account other parameters, such as previous battles,
restrictions per vehicle/type, etc.

Overlord: 1. Tier spreads can be tweaked manually in configuration files. The
current matchmaker allows that.
