1: What effect does water have on tanks in the game (If any)? For example Camouflage and armour?
2: Will the T-30 have its camouflage value increased when it moves to the TD line, if so what too? If not what are its camo values now? How do these compare to the other Tier 9 TD's? I only ask because Camo is a vital stat for TD's and at high tiers its a very cut throat world where you need to know.
