When will we have news on when it's coming, what's going to be in it, details on on those details, what all the new skills will be, what the characteristics of the M103 and T110 will be, how many maps are being added and modified, what tanks are being packaged, whether the new TD trees are being added and everything else? Ever since the 7.0 debacle, the whole update process has been incredibly confusing and increasingly mysterious. The only information I ever find about it is in the Russian Q&A thread, which is usually just people asking about Type 59s and why their IS-7s aren't being buffed again.
A lot of NA people are coming here to find their news, on a related note. We have no one to answer questions or address concerns, and it's gotten to the point that our players are actually using our Q&A thread to answer one another's questions in a representative's place, and to banter about how our forum is a developer's ghost town. It's very disrespectful to the entire server, and shows that WG obviously isn't concerned about what we have to say about anything; they just want our money. Even if that's not true, it has the appearance of being true because you're completely inactive on a public scale. That equates to bad PR, lost profits. I'd honestly be surprised if anyone in Wargaming's office could answer the question "What are the primary concerns of the NA server group right now?" Whoever that guy is that replaced you obviously can't handle the job, as he hasn't even read the Q&A thread in a month, and was absent for several weeks before that.
Overlord: As far as I know our content guys are currently preparing the info
on 7.2 for players with the descriptions of new maps and skills
that will be available for all sites/servers.
I'm really sorry to hear that about the NA server. Unfortunately I'm not able to effectively cover both at this stage having a heavy workload with my primary tasks.
