Will there some buffs/nerf for some certain tanks in the next 4 weeks ? (e.g. E-100,T-30,IS7)

Will other nations, like ger, get a revolver tank ? I played them on the testserver and they are (only for my understanding) a little bit to overpowered and will rape everyone which doesnt stay in a group with at least 3 other tanks (with nearly the same tier as the frog tank)
