View PostFrankyK, on 01 January 2012 - 10:06 PM, said: Ok, according to balance considerations, the IS-7 is meant to have a strong frontal armor with no noteworthy weakspots and therefore, as a compensation for its epic frontal armor and good speed, the sides and rear armor are meant to be quite weak - in theory. But in the game, the IS-7 still bounces lots of shots with Tier X guns at its side, giving the IS-7 very tough side-armor, too. It's sometimes even harder to damage an IS-7 from it's side than a Maus. Well, is this actually interned and do you still think about reworking the normalisation nerf of 0.7.0, which actually caused these balance problems?
Thanks.

Overlord: I can't say that there are obvious balance problems with IS-7 bouncy armour. E.g. in my Patton I easily penetrate IS-7 from the sides with AP ammo, and from the front with APCR ammo.
