Have you considered involving the community with this though? One man can't know everything. A brief flick through the British tanks forum here will show up some weird and wonderful items. For example having trouble with the TD tree? Have one of your chappies post up what you have with some guidelines, and I bet he'll have it sorted within a day. Maybe if you don't want the great unwashed crayoning all over the thread, start up a sub forum which is strictly moderated or invite only?
For example we've probably uncovered enough light tank designs to get you up to about Tier 8 in lights! Or the utterly cracking idea of a birch gun as a T2 SP artillery.
