Overlord: Any values and parameters can be changed for the sake of the game
balance, regardless of the vehicle's status. However this time it's
not the case, since matchmaking distribution is not a part of
vehicle specs and it's neither displayed in game store nor
advertised anywhere. T59 appeared that good that it doesnt require
preferential matchmaking and can be on equal terms with the other
tier 8 mediums.
