Information regarding the deployment of Update 7.0 in Europe

Overlord: We are terribly sorry of the delay, folks. Sometimes this sort of sh.t just happens.
With the release of 7.0, we do hope the further releases of 7.x series will come out much faster than this one. Especially 7.1 update, which will fix many of the annoying bugs in 7.0, so you won't have to put up with them.
