Q1: Why is there a total lack of communication about the implementation/status of the 0.7.0 patch with your customers? WE've been waiting for this patch for months. And now it is technically ready and you still don't tell us anything. Why aren't we getting informed about what is happening? IF there are problems preventing you to update the EU server, then please TELL us about it. Don't keep us in the dark.
Q2: Where are the EU representatives, you told us about a couple of months ago, that are supposed to exactly do that: inform us?
