v 7.0 Release Plan

I would like to see some sort of schedule for the implementation on the various servers, as you have started with the russian server. How is progress, and when can we expect things to happen? "Very very very soon" is not a very specific term, and if you want to gain some sort of trust from the players, please be more specific.
Apart from the above, I am excited to see, what kind of impact all the alterations have on the game, as I do not believe, that any of the assumptions regarding the subject will be as assumed
