Whats the point of having beta tests of patch 7.0 running if you releasing 7.0 patch on russian server before beta ends? Whats the purpose of testing something which is already released?
For me, EU server suffers a month (or two, dont remember when that patch should be finished in first place) of delay because of feature which doesnt change anything on our server since we got way lower amount of users, and in exchange of that we are getting... nothing! even release of 7.0 patch on our server is later, just like allways. Not even pointing stuff that should be in that patch but it isnt, because all of man power was moved to russian multicluster feature!. Dont you think that EU/USA players deserve something in return?
Dont you think that small numbers on EU and USA servers may be linked with how you treat players there? forcing them to wait for patches longer, or allowing RU clans to be moved to EU servers but not the other way?
Yes i know that EU server got more languages, but since you are willing to spend soo much time on single feature irrelevant to EU or USA servers (multi cluster tech allowing to play more than 250k people on single server), why you never cant finish simple translation correction on time?
Last thing, dont you think its immature to advertise something first, then delaying it many times to point where people are waiting for it twice as long, just to give them half of product they suppose to have according to your original announcements?
Overlord: All servers suffered equally, waiting for 7.0 to come.
Just based on unbiased figures, Russian server has peak CCU of 252.000+ which is more than 300% of the CCUs of US and EU combined, the same goes for other parameters. Moreover WoT master language is Russian, so there is no wonder that each update gets released on RU side first. And even more it is RU server that has been overcrowded for the past few months, which caused a number of prime-time crashes (10+). Server stability is the primary target, and multi-server technology feature is to ensure it. Even if we release a bunch of new game modes, features and tanks at once and at the same time are unable to maintain the stable and smooth work of the servers - there would be no use.
I'm not an advertiser. On the forums and blog I provide the current development trends, short-term plans, ideas, thoughts, which not always (and they don't have to at all) come true, however many (I believe) find some fun in following this kind of info as well.
Edited: The good point for EU and US here is that releases there are ALWAYS much smoother and shorter, since the procedure is fine-tuned on RU server.
