Su-1528/ISU-152 will be forced to be in 1st line with their weak armour to hit the weakspots with HE.
Vk36/M4A3E8 or T-34-85 with 88/76/85mm in t8-t10 battles will become fee-kills, because they can´t do any damage with new HE-system.
IMO it would be bettet if the Matchmaking would also be rebalanced with this new HE-system.
