Every Tier 7 Tank penetrating the lower hull, and every Cannon make the Full HE-Damage on the Uper Hill. For 18km/h Topspeed is that realy sarcastic.
And every Tier 1 Tank can shoot in the great Weakpoint, the hatch. Thats Tank are bader then a Tier 7 Tankdestroyer. Can you install the 120mm on the T25 AT? Is much better appropriate in Tier 8, than the T28.
