But my experience from testserver is that tanks that rely on HE do have now a serious disadvantage, as my gut feeling is that HE effectiveness is reduced by 75%. Example VK2801: the 10,5cm HE makes it competitive, without it the T50-2 is much better. (I even bounced a HE on a T50 today...).
Also it is therefore getting even harder to damage tanks with a higher tier than the own tank, which leads to even more frustration with the matchmaking when facing tanks 3-4 tiers higher.
So with a few exceptions (like KV, who always can take the 107mm instead of the 152mm) weak tanks will get weaker, strong tanks will get stronger.
Therefore my question: do you plan any changes to matchmaking because of the HE change or further balancing of tanks that use mostly HE? (M4, KV, VK2801, KV-13, ...)
