Why are u going to nerf E-75 mounting transmission in the front of tank(this is nerf), when it is a little, but still, worster than IS-4?
Why are u going to nerf E-50 when it has lower Winration than patton and T-54, for nearly 2%?
Half of your balance reasons were based on Winratio, now aren't?
Don't know how reliable those stastistics are, if they're it is not OK to nerf tanks, who do not 'deserve' nerf...
Overlord: First of, the figures above are not actually valid. E-75 has win
ratio of 49.4%, while IS-4 has 48.6% (v.6.7). Plus we also take
into account avg exp earnings, where E-75 is also in the lead.
