At the moment this does not work at least in a couple of landings (just examples):
Crimea => FTC5 in on the Applicants list (owned provinces 8)
Courland => LAS_X is on the Applicant list (owned provinces 3)
Courland => SRSLY is on the Applicant list (owned provinces 2)
Kalingrad => SRW is on the Applicant list (owns 1 province, Canary Islands)
Kanino-Timansky => SRW, SRSLY, POA (owned provinces 3)
I could see for example FTC5 was in the applicants list for Crimea already on wednesday. Will there be a technical victory for the other team or will these clans removed?
