If I understand it correctly this means the Russian "bouncy" tank armor will bounce even more than now, making them almost inpenetrable?
Or will there be some little changes here and there regarding the armors?
Were the 3(soon 4) nations taken into consideration? Or was only 1 specific nation "buffed"?

Overlord: See above. American and French also have a number of tanks with
nicely sloped hulls and turrets. The change is not going to be
dramatic.
