Q2: Maybe was asked before, but since probably it is now implemented now so the answer might be more accurate: will the camo block for sure weak-point skins, and will you disallow changing the camo itself to display weak-points?

2. Camos will substitute any custom skin. Since camo files will be stored client-side, it will be possible to modify them.
3. Any client-side protection can not provide 100% security. Unfortunately.
4. Not enough battle tiers to separate tier 6-8 heavies at the moment.
