WG equalized Russian test results at 0° obliquity to German ones at 30° (due to the relevant percentages of shells required to penetrate, 50% German, 75% Russian). Source taken for this: http://english.battl...enetration.html
This system is wrong, because the mentioned website gives a completely wrong picture about the German methodology as can be seen when looking at primary sources.
Penetration requirement was 100% for German guns, so the values are incorrect.
