Overlord: 1. Upon the initial introduction of new crew skills, the existing
skills are going to be reset and you will be able to redistribute
the experience. Later there will be a possibility to reset skills
for gold.
2. Didn't quite get it. We are planning 4 options: 4/45, 6/60, 8/90, 10/150. E.g. 4/45, 4 - max tier allowed, 45 - total tier points per team.
