As far as I could understand, SerB in the RU forum claimed that there will be no such limit. What is the official WG opinion about such a feature in near future?

Overlord: As said before, this feature definitely wont be added this year and
is going to be considered as a part of general matchmaking overhaul
in Q1 2012.
