Overlord: Regarding horns:
1. There will be a particular radius of action (not the whole map).
2. Enemies within the range will hear it as well.
3. There will be no gameplay effect.
4. To prevent sound abuse it will be possible to use ignore function.
5. There won't be an option to disable them.
