If you check the Russian server, the latest data from 13 September - 30 September, then the Tiger (H) has a win ratio of 48.15%. Whether you take that as meaning that such stats are not an exact measure or that player skill on the Russian server is higher is up to you. Always take stats with a grain of salt is what I go with.
