Are you going to fix it or was something "meant to be" ?
Tested same spot with KV3 100DT10 got 30% with an HE shot there and 23% with an AP.

Overlord: The armor behind the mantlet is relatively thin. However there is a
bug related to HE shell mechanics hitting mantlets. The issue is
known.
