Second, ever thought of increasing the xp difference between not doing much and killing well? It is said xp gain was never changed, but I seem to recall that in beta a good win would get you some 1500 xp quite often. Nowadays it's already quite difficult to make a thousand it seems, and if you hardly do anything, you'll still make 600-800 on a win. Anyway, the post-battle stats would clear that up
