Aside from that, i would like to add something to the answer you made on the US forum about that :
If it's a or b, could you please just say it ? like "i don't know", "i'm searching", don't wanna answer your 5439 times asked question", etc.
Because it's frustrating not to get any answer, whitout knowing if you don't know or if we're just being a pain in the... Well, you know.
And since this is the most useful topic ever, it would be good to have, always, a straight answer.
