Like, landing zones get a maximum of 85 tiers, normal zones 120 tiers, key get no limit/150 tiers. That would allow clans not made out of powergamers actually play a bit. It's hard to defeat a team with 10 IS-7 and 5 IS-4 when all you have are tier 6-8...
