Overlord: 1. The exact module setup is not known yet.
2. The changes can be rolled back shortly after the update.

Crews of the same nation and class don't receive a penalty to skill nor skill progression when assigned to a premium tank.
For example I have a Ram-II Premium medium tank and a M4A3E8 Sherman medium tank (both US).
Ram trained crew has 100% Skill, Sherman crew 93%.
When I assign my Ram-II trained crew to the Sherman they receive a 25% penalty for a net skill of 75%.
The other way round my Sherman trained crew retain their 93% skill level.
You can verify this yourself by hovering the mouse over your crewman. A pop-up tool tip will show effective skill.

Because atm the StugIII has a 50mm frontal armor. Yet in WWII the most used Stugs had 80mm frontal armor.

* StuG III Ausf. D: (Sd.Kfz 142; May-September 1941), 150 produced, 50mm frontal armor
* StuG III Ausf. F: (Sd.Kfz 142/1; March-September 1942), 366 produced, 50mm frontal armor
* StuG III Ausf. F/8: (Sd.Kfz 142/1; September-December 1942), 250 produced, 50mm frontal armor (coverted model from PZ.Kpfw. III Chassis)
* StuG III Ausf. G (Sd.Kfz. 142/1; December 1942– April 1945), 7,720 produced, 173 converted from Pz.Kpfw. III chassis) From May 1943, 80mm thick plates were used for frontal armor instead of two plates of 50mm+30mm. However, backlog of completed 50mm armors exited. For those, 30mm additional armors still had to be welded or bolted on, until October 1943.
So as you can see the most used Stugs were the Ausf. G models. With 80mm frontal armor. The Stugs that still had 50mm get an extra bolded 30mm steel plate on the front. So it would had 80mm frontal armor.
And if you then go get the Russian IS tank. This whole tank has the frontal armor, and turret armor of an IS2. So actually the IS we have in game is an IS2 (that was produced in 1943).
So why the Russian get a better IS tank. And Germans get the weak version of a Stug?

Overlord: 1. Additional armor plates are planned. Can't give any rough estimation.
2. Not going to redesign the current Stug. Its performance is satisfactory.
There is no connection between Stug and IS.

There are some complains in the Russian forum that they are not notable better than before. Did the devs 'forgot' to fix the camo of the JP in the final release version of 0.6.4 (at least in test 3 of 0.6.4 camo was nearly similar to SU-152)?

Overlord: These tables do contain internal data. It is covered in EULA pretty much, isn't it?
All camo values have been reconsidered and fixed in 6.4 update.

Overlord: Sometimes one gets into such battles (so do I in my VK3601). Find and engage approachable targets.

Overlord: No other adjustments are planned barring the ones in patch notes. Personally I doubt there would be any major changes to it until the intoduction of M103.

Any plans to lower expirience needed for S-51 arty from KV-2, since to get KV-2 you will need another same tier heavy tank (KV-1)

The reason why I'm asking this is because many artillery players, including me, not just feel that it's incredible hard to score 10 valid kills (tech level equal or bigger four) with artillery, but can give reasonable arguments that this limit is to high. I'm the commander of my clan's artillery divison and made a few thousand battles during beta. Although I played artillery most times, I did not get one single Wittmann Medal while playing as an artillery, since my highest kill score during a battle with my Object 212 was "only" 9. I did get eight or nine Wittman medals with other tanks though. To be honest, I don't even know a player who was able to get a Wittmann Medal using an artillery, and since my clan is currently fighting in the Drill Camp finale, I somehow feel that this is not entirely my fault. ;)

Overlord: 1. That's a good one. 10 kills is a bit too much I think. It might be changed. Personally I qualified for 3 Wittman medals on SU-26 back in the beta days prior to the introduction of the medal itself.
2. Don't know. Should be very low I bet.

Overlord: US tier 10 HT (T110) is unlikely to get a really big gun. So it will be "carton box with a medium gun". :)
