I know that the rules do not permit team-kills, and that bans are applied for suspected deliberate team kills.
However, I would like to know two things:
1. If you fire a deliberate 'warning shot' near an ally, but do not hit him, is this grounds for a ban?
2. If you fire a deliberate 'warning shot' that hits by mistake, would it be treated as an accidental or deliberate team hit/kill?
Also, could you please answer my previous question on command tanks?
Overlord: No. You did no damage.
You did damage. There is no way of determining that you meant to just miss him so it is treated as any other scenario where someone shoots a team member, it will be examined under the normal criteria so if it was right at game start with no enemy nearby it will be judged as deliberate for example.

Anyway my question=
-How much EXP is it required to research the KV-13 from the KV-1s and/or T34-85?
Overlord: 63-65k.

Overlord: It used to be M40/43 pre-wipe, haven't gathered post-released data
yet.

I am sure you can understand now why the community scream "Russian Bias" because stuff like this adds fuelto the fire

Overlord: This is under consideration as well, howeber rebancing of D-25T
will cause chain reaction and require several further adjustments,
unlike L/52 which is used only on 2 tanks.

I'm just wondering because lately, I was set on fire many times and I have NOT encountered such things before. I didn't change tank or playstyle.
(could name other things, but thats the most obvious to me atm)
It makes me go paranoid and I really would NOT like being toyed with.
Overlord: Short answer is: NO, we don't.

I have question, why you consider such balance fair - map Pagorki - as you can see one team go T-54 and T-44, second one didn't get ANY medium! How exacly you think this balance is fair, specially on this map, where the hill is 100% win?

Overlord: Is it me or there is no T-54 at all here?
For this particular battle the balance is not that bad.

Overlord: Yes.

Overlord: There will be changes to all tanks touched by the planned revision.

Overlord: It will be added later.

1. Is the JagdPanther II a JagdPanther with a rear-mounted superstructure? Is it based on the original Panther chassis or the E-50's?
2. Is the STUG E-100 going to be armed with a 150 mm gun like the E-100? Given its weight, will it play like the American T95?
3. Will the M103 and T110 be able to mount 120 mm and 155 mm guns like the current top tier USA heavies?
4. Will the turreted tank destroyers be able to mount upgradeable turrets like tanks do?
5. Is the T25-2 a turreted TD based on the T25 medium tank?
6. Since the T95 GMC is the real thing, and the T28 GMC is a TD your team of tank experts designed, what is this "T28 (prototype)" on the T30 line? Is it some sort of turreted predecessor of the T29 series of heavy tanks?
7. Will the Tier X IS-4 be armed with the 122mm BL-9 and no longer be able to mount the IS-7's gun?
8. Will the SU-122-54 also be armed with a 122mm gun and not with the BL-10?
Overlord: 1. It is based on E50's chassis.
2,3,8 The exact module setups are unknown yet.
4. Most likely - no.
5. Yes.
6. T28 prototype is probably the weakest part of the US tech tree from the point of historical accuracy, it is 90% our invention.
7. Most likely it will get an improved 122mm.
