Overlord: * AP shell penetration drop per distance depends on a gun. Cannot give you example right now. Don't have numbers by the side.
* Two reasons:
- balance issues,
- long distance shell projectiles are not free (they consume some hardware resources) and we don't want them to exist for a longer period, small range (<400 m) shells are almost free.
* I'm not sure if I can disclose vehicle statistics.

Overlord: 1. It varies from gun to gun, mostly on the basis for RL data (see penetration tables).
2. Many gun suffer from this currently, there will be some improvements in v.0.6.4.
3. The figures for EU and US severs are not representative because of the release. In general 3001P performs slightly worse than other tier 6 mediums. It will benefit from L/56 adjustment to some extent.

Overlord: Very-long sniping (500+ m) - yes, planning to adjust effective ranges in 0.6.4.

Overlord: Any team speak is a means of private communication, obviously we can't and don't control it in any way.
It's a matter of sufficiency of the evidence. In this particular case, there is not enough of it to take any actions.
We can't impose sanctions on the basis allegations or indirect evidence.

Overlord: Your reference to 1st PAD remains unclear for me. They don't receive any special treatment. The problem this sort of violation, if there is a violation at all, is difficult or even nearly impossible to prove.

There seems to be some tanks particularly affected (by quite a larger margin from what I've experienced) by module/fire damage than others, Tiger and Panther immediately come to mind, are there any plans to even out these between all tanks, or is it working as intended?
Petty concern of mine - Will we ever be able to arrange tanks in the garage in the order we want? (a sort of drag-and-drop tank card into the desired slot)

Overlord: 1. Have some ideas how to make scouts more useful, however can't announce them now.
2. For Tiger - yes and it will be adjusted in that way, for Panther - no.
3. As far as I know it is not planned.
