Kliment and Leo are two superheavy tanks.
Compared to Kliment, Leo has wider tracks, a more modern transmission, a lower profile, a gasoline engine with the same power as Kliment's diesel one, and weighs 7.63 tons less.
Unfortunately for Leo, he does not come from the Soviet Union, where 100 ton tanks travel at 40 km/h.
Seriously, are you even trying?

Overlord: KV's front does have some rather weak spots, moreover the tank is
rather sluggish overall. It's performance will be a bit inferior to
any if fully upgraded tier 7 heavies.
