As far as i can see RU Server customers get a fixed 1$ = 250 Gold rate, no modifications depending on purchase size. From the couple of pictures posted on the site itself their prices are as is - without VAT. How come they aren't paying VAT? Let's look at this example in particular - no (20% Belarus) VAT included. Can someone confirm that Belarus players:
a) Don't have to pay VAT because of some freeing regulation;
Don't have to pay the VAT because WN has adjusted the price to match 1$ = 250$ ratio (in other words - WN pays the VAT themselves, something similar to what Igi has already pointed out from his personal experience with CCP).
From the looks of it, for our basic package (using the word basic because it's a one month premium) for 10€ we can buy 2500 Gold, for the same price people from Belarus can buy 3500 Gold. Effectively they are getting 40% more.
