What about an idea, Devs put all of those tanks to their original speeds... lets see what happens...
Overlord: It's not difficult. Max speed limits for most of the heavy tanks
were decreased on purpose (including IS-4 and IS-7).
Moreover it's question of passability and terrain since most values are given for roadway (asphalt).
