Improving German vehicles

You still haven`t answered a question from the link you gave,are all average penetrations shown in the game calculated on the same slope?or differently?Yes or no?
Maybe not all the german guns penetration value must be increased but you must do something about the short 75 and short 88 its very poor now or at least compensate somehow
