Lower tier company play

This would add so much more flavour to the game and relive us from the random battles that the main source of ingame frustration for many players due to all the
random fail.
Company play atm is hopeless for anyone not in a tier 9 or 10 tank or tier 5 or higher arty (or happy random scout), the "free tier" company play could also use a increase in total points to 120 or so, this would give teams a chance to field 15 tanks or almost 15 tanks, maps gets abit empty with 9-10 tanks/arty on each side.
Overlord: Company battles are going to be divided into serveral sub modes:
according to overall tier of a company, limited to min/max tier of
vehicles in it, faction-based company battles.
Most probably overall tier division for companies will correspond to current battle leagues.
