We recently had some issues with the clan wars and we had to shut it down several times without any appropriate notice. This was causing anger and disappointment amongst you and we want to assure you that we are aware of this.
Clan wars is getting more popular every month and we really appreciate your commitment to our kind of end game content. We do understand that we will have to improve a lot on this topic and that’s why we want you on board.
In the beginning of April we have a global meeting including Producers, Community Managers, Product Specialist, Content Managers and Senior Management from all offices. The goal is to improve the direction of clan wars, better support for our players including new policies to address downtimes and other issues we have recently seen.
Right now I can only ask again to accept our apologies. The recent issues are unacceptable and we do understand this.
Please point out this topic to you Clan Leaders, Diplomats and let them provide your Feedback in the topic here which I created in the "Neutral Ground" section.
