Ranked battles - my (constructive) feedback

MrConway: I am happy to announce that based on your feedback, we decided to adjust the Prime Time for all days from 16:00 – 22:00 UTC for the next stage!   Hopefully this will make it easier for more of you to find time to play ranked battles. We will keep watching this particular restriction and make further changes if necessary.
