Almost impossible mission, HT-6 A Heavy Target. Rebalance needed?

MrConway: We are aware that the new matchmaker makes certain missions
a lot more challenging. Right now we're in the process of
collecting statistics from the new matchmaker to decide if and how
to adjust some of the personal missions. TL;DR: Patience!
