      Clearly customer service aren't words they understand and they have no intention of trying to understand it. As normal its all about the money and the player can go suck a lemon. I have bought many premium tanks and a lot of premium time but for the sake of a few quid WoT would rather lose a paying player than admit they fecked up. C'est la vie

MrConway:   I'm sorry to hear that your account is now suspended, but honestly creating a PayPal issue over this amount of money might not have been the best idea.   When we have server issues like this we never issue individual compensation because as you can imagine, we would immediately be inundated with a massive amount of tickets and work. When server issues take place and compensation is given, we do this globally to all affected players and not one by one.   Right now we are trying to make sure that the issues are actually permanently resolved, only then can we really look at what to do here.   I would suggest resolving the PayPal issue and claiming your account back for now.

MrConway:   I worked in our customer support team for quite a while and I can ensure you that we only rarely automate answers (when we have many tickets on the same topic with only one answer to give). That being said we of course use text blocks that we have pre-written to make sure we can answer as fast as possible, which is why many replies will look similar.   Anything else would be terribly inefficient :)
