Servers down once again!

MrConway: Our sincere apologies for the ongoing server issues.   It appears that the EU2 server is currently down and not accepting new connections. Please try to use the EU 1 server if possible.   Our engineers are already working on the problem and hope to have a permanent fix for it soon.
