MrConway: First of all let me remind you of the forum rules: Do not create topics/posts to share private conversations Exchanges with our Customer Support Services and through private messages should remain private   While I can understand your frustration this is not the proper place for talking about these exchanges, but seeing as you seem insistent on it, lets get into it.   The situation in your replay is clearly an issue and has already been reported by me up the chain as feedback on the mechanics in question.   Your suspension was of course not ideal but would also not have happened if you didn't have a prior history of causing team damage every so often, this incident just pushed your rating over the edge.   Since your suspension was only for one hour and we cannot technically invoice an amount of premium time that low, support elected not to do this and I don't disagree with them.   Please be more diligent in future about not shooting at the green guys and I'm sure it won't happen again.   Thread closed
