That would be 200%+50%+200%=450% extra for your first win of the day. Let's say you make 1.000 basic/pure xp, so it's 4.500 xp at the end?
MrConway: It is easier if you don't think in percent here. 2x for
first win + 2x from reserves = 3x + premium = 3,5x. Then you
multiply 1000 x 3,5 and add it to the 1000 = 4500.

earlier ones, so 3,5x becomes 4,5x, in which case the crew would
each get 5500 XP, with one receiving 11000 if you have accelerated
crew training turned on.

MrConway: No, as long as a crewmember has less than 100% in the major
qualification all XP goes there.
