MrConway: Don't worry, your English is just fine! :)   The bonuses in World of Tanks are quite easy, they are always additive, not multiplicative.   So your example calculation would be correct, you add up the bonuses and then multiply this value with the base XP. It functions the same way with crew XP though.

Block Quote  So let's say You have 2x for the first win, premium account and a 2x from the Personal Reserves. This is easy, right? You just add on the bonuses? That would be 200%+50%+200%=450% extra for your first win of the day.  Let's say you make 1.000 basic/pure xp, so it's 4.500 xp at the end?

MrConway:   It is easier if you don't think in percent here. 2x for first win + 2x from reserves = 3x + premium = 3,5x. Then you multiply 1000 x 3,5 and add it to the 1000 = 4500.

Block Quote  Now it's getting more funny with the crew stuffs. In standard case your every crew member are getting 4.500xp, am I right? If your tank is elite, then your less experienced member could getting +4500 xp (9.000 total).

MrConway:   Correct!

Block Quote   And now you have 2x extra on crew xp too. Where is that count? At the end? 18.000 instead of 9.000? Or at the start? So 450%+200% is 650% and your crew are getting 6.500 xp (instead of 9.000) and one of them 13.000?

MrConway:   This is wrong, you would simply add the multiplier to the earlier ones, so 3,5x becomes 4,5x, in which case the crew would each get 5500 XP, with one receiving 11000 if you have accelerated crew training turned on.

Block Quote  Looks like, if my "guy" under 100%, he is still getting xp to the skills and perks too (before I even choosed the first skill or after I retrained a 100% member to ~80%). But how much?

MrConway:   No, as long as a crewmember has less than 100% in the major qualification all XP goes there.
