For crew restoration: It will be possible for 31 days after
dismissal Free for 24 hours to be able to correct mistakes For 30
days a fee will have to be paid so it is not used to replace
barracks The crew restoration "buffer" will hold 100 crew
members and only the skilled ones (100% major and minimum 1 skill
or perk at 100%). We don't yet have concrete information
regarding the vehicle restoration time frames. The time might be
limited and there might also be a cooldown between restorations.
