emblem. 
MrConway: So, to explain: You can put it on a tank, but it becomes
bound to that tank. You can remove and reapply it
to that tank for free, but no other tank. The
"crew bonus" is a remnant of the overhauled inscription/emblem
system that was supposed to come with patch 10.0, but was changed.
To be clear: This emblem will not provide any bonuses.
