when IRL Rubicon means a point of no return

MrConway: We hadn't actually deployed the patch yet, so I think we're
fine there

make game mechanics modifications just about every patch? I
understand you make map modifications or introduce new ones. I
understand you release new tank lines and release models. I'm ok
with the fact that you consider introducing changes to the arty
mechanics in line with some other game manufacturer. Even
changing the game mechanics can change, but at the rate you usually
release patches, don't do it every patch please. Changing the
render range from a square to a circular is understandable, but you
haven't got a clue what the effect will be on the maps dynamics and
stuff like that. I consider nerfing all TD's there viewrange also a
game mechanics changes. A general accuracy nerf is more a balancing
trick. So please, do bring new content, but don't change the
game rules every 1 to 2 months.
MrConway: We will keep trying to improve the game as we go along, this
will actually make it much better in the long run. Having a view
range circle, but a render range square was very counter intuitive
and has surely confused many a player. I believe the reason it was
not changed earlier, was due to limitations in the game engine
itself. As we continue to upgrade the engine, the mechanics will
have to follow

after you finish putting decal and inscription up for 50%
less, something done after a message by storm saying that they will
be a blanket bonus for them, so you could still grab the money off
players to buy decal and inscriptions. Slow clap. Well
you made a player who has been happy to dip into his pockets to buy
tanks, time gold and other offers to now stop doing it, I think I
may start putting my money in AW instead. Dont get me wrong
I am all for having a system in place to make sure WOT does not
turn into more of pay to win. So why has it taken till
Tuesday to do this message ? just so you can add the weekend
special is decal and inscriptions lets fool them into buying
them? We know the system is not happening and that it will be
a overall bonus as said on Status report " Storm's earlier
statement on this topic: "We decided to release the patch with all
the emblems giving the same bonuses and introduce the full set of
bonuses only later" Shame you did not say this before the
weekend event, again just trying to look good and take our cash as
often as you can.
MrConway: I can assure you that the decision to publish the news
yesterday had nothing to do with the emblem and inscription
discount, this discount has been planned for a while. We simply
needed to make sure that we were making the right decision and nail
down exactly what was going to be implemented in patch 9.12 as we
did not want to make any more modifications.

is, get down rated to a tier 8 or disappear in a cloud of smoke to
never be seen again

MrConway: Your FV4202 will be converted into a Centurion Action X. You
will then get a chance to earn the FV4202 back as a tier VIII
premium tank in a mission starting on the 19th of January. As soon
as we know exactly whether you need to have the Action X purchased
or just researched to get this mission, we will let you know!

a developer to listen too much to its players though. We are not
developers. Perosnally I think this system with emblems
could have made it in just with some tweaks 1) Make it possible to
choose freely among bonuses so that you dont have to have one
certain look on your tank 2) Make it cheaper to get the emblems for
silver credits.
Anyway.
No information about the FV4202 premium replacement?!?!
MrConway: It is quite possible that the emblem system will come back
with a rework in the future, but rushing it in now with a quick fix
would have been a bad idea.
