promote them only there. If it is posted on the portal, and thus
addressing the whole community, you should make able for all of
players to participate. For me, as example, instead of creating an
account for any social media presented i would rather just not
participate at all. I don't use instagram, i disabled my facebook
several years ago and i rarely use twitter, so in a way i still can
participate if i really want. But i use your forum daily,
youtube and google+ also so i find it disturbing that you promote
some platforms and not others too but more importantly that
YOUR forum is not even in the picture. I'm sure that if one
participant would win with two entries you would award
him the highest prize. But it is still annoying and prone to
suspicion. I think that people like fair things and hate rigged
events (even if it is not the case, but impression means a lot too)
so wouldn't had been easier and safer too just to include that info
in the details?
MrConway: If you don't want to participate due to your distaste of
social media that's fine, but we obviously want as many people to
be able to participate as possible, which is why we also announced
this competition on the portal. If you don't like it, just ignore
it. Since it is a global competition, it is easier to run on
social media and will reach more players. Regarding the
prize we just wanted to clarify that you can only win once, rest
assured that the entries judged to be best, will get the best
rewards.
